We assist clients with collection litigation, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, post-judgment collection efforts, and negotiating settlements and forbearance agreements. We also assist clients with a wide range of bankruptcy services, including motions for relief from the automatic stay, filing proofs of claim, objecting to bankruptcy plans, prosecuting adversary proceedings, and defending against preference actions.
