Derek Anderson is a founding partner of PADRM.

Mr. Anderson works in the real estate, business, corporate, securities, tax, and nonprofit practice groups at PADRM. Mr. Anderson has represented clients in local and national commercial and residential real estate development and purchase transactions of varying size. Additionally, Mr. Anderson has provided counsel to clients through all facets of business development: business planning, structure, formation, contracts, business relationships, compliance with laws, corporate reorganizations, financings, recapitalizations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and a multitude of other desired business transactions and required SEC filings. Mr Anderson has used his expertise in tax law to assist corporations and investors with various tax issues and tax disputes.

Securities:

PADRM has an excellent Securities Practice Group, experience in representing large and small companies and investors with private securities offerings, stock option plans and Rule 144 Transactions. Our clients include start-ups and more established companies in various industries.

Eminent Domain:

PADRM’s Eminent Domain Practice Group has significant experience in representing private landowners in eminent domain cases. We likewise have represented numerous individuals in eminent domain proceedings brought by condemning agencies, securing full and fair compensation for land taken.
