Joseph Pia is a founding partner of PADRM.

Litigation:

Previously a litigation partner at a nationally recognized intellectual property firm, Mr. Pia is active in litigation matters including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, media, and entertainment litigation, copyright and trademark litigation. Mr. Pia is also active in corporate and securities litigation. Mr. Pia has experience litigating in Federal and State courts in the California, New York, Washington, Tennessee, and Utah. Where appropriate, Mr. Pia associates with local counsel in these jurisdictions.

Media & Entertainment Law

Mr. Pia is active in all aspects of media law and entertainment law. He provides production legal services, and negotiates and prepares co-production and distribution agreements, as well as agreements for purchasing, selling, and licensing film, television, music, and other media. He represents production companies, distributors, producers, musicians, artists, actors, directors, writers, and film and television crews. Mr. Pia also represents a variety of web-based clients.
