Ta'afili I. Sagapolutele

Ta’afili is a member of PADRM’s Commercial Litigation, Intellectual Property and Entertainment practice groups. His practice involves transactional and litigation work in the field of media and entertainment, both domestically and internationally. He is also dedicated to the protection of intellectual property rights through trademark registration and patent litigation. Ta’afili also has experience in matters involving general litigation such as products liability, insurance defense, negligence, bad faith, securities and contract disputes. Ta’afili is married with two children.
