Brennan H. Moss is a founding partner of PADRM.

Mr. Moss works in the Commercial Litigation, Real Property, Corporate, Employment, and Trademark practice groups at PADRM. In his practice, Brennan has worked with Fortune 500 and Inc. 500 companies, as well as many local businesses, contractors, and individuals. Brennan has represented clients throughout the Intermountain West, California, Minnesota, New York, and Washington, D.C.

Mr. Moss has enjoyed global success in his practice since his first days in court. In his first federal case, he secured a favorable jury verdict for his client. In his first appeal to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, he successfully secured a reversal of each adverse ruling made against his client. Brennan's success can be attributed to his careful study and preparation, his legal expertise, and a common sense approach to resolutions.

Prior to beginning his legal practice, he graduated from the University of Utah in 2001 with an Honors Degree in English. In 2004 graduated from George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C.. While in law school, he was a writing fellow, assisting other law students in preparing for examinations and improving their legal writing skills.

Mr. Moss enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, waterskiing, biking, running, playing basketball, attending sporting events, and discussing politics.
