Mr. Kimball works in the Commercial Litigation, Real Property, Construction Defect, Corporate, Employment, Family, Estate Litigation and Intellectual Property practice groups at PADRM. In addition, to a vast litigation background, Mr. Kimball has also represented clients in a variety of business and real estate transactions. In his practice, Mr. Kimball has worked with a wide variety of businesses, contractors and individuals. Mr. Kimball has represented clients throughout the Intermountain West focusing his practice mainly in Utah and Nevada.

Mr. Kimball has been fortunate to successfully represent numerous clients during all phases of the litigation process. Mr. Kimball enjoys working through complex litigation issues and resolving matters in a timely and efficient manner. Mr. Kimball has also had extensive experience in representing clients in the appeals process.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Kimball graduated from the University of Utah in 1998 with a B.A. Mr. Kimball also worked for a local law firm during a large portion of his undergraduate studies. In 2002, Mr. Kimball graduated from Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska. While in law school, Mr. Kimball was on law review and the international moot court board.

Mr. Kimball enjoys spending time with this family, coaching football, waterskiing, triathlons, basketball, and reading.
